We recently completed a free house clearance in Bonnyrigg for a client who needed their late aunt’s home cleared before putting it up for sale. Below, we’ll outline their requirements and how we carried out the clearance.

The House Clearance in Bonnyrigg
Our team arrived early in the morning and began with a full walkthrough of the property with the client. We identified items they wanted to keep, including some family photographs and important documents, before starting the clearance.
We started in the main living areas, carefully sorting the books and antiques. The porcelain figurines and tea sets were packed securely, with some being donated and others set aside for auction. The roll-top desk was carefully emptied, and any personal documents were returned to the client.
