We recently completed a free house clearance in Broxburn for a client who needed the property emptied following a bereavement. Below, we’ll detail the client’s requirements and how we carried out the clearance.

The Property Clearance in Broxburn
Our team arrived early in the morning and started with a walkthrough of the house to confirm that everything marked for removal could be cleared. We began with the living areas, carefully sorting through the furniture and books. Items in good condition were put aside for donation, while anything broken or unsalvageable was responsibly disposed of.
The loft required extra care due to its cluttered state, so we worked methodically to bring everything down for sorting. Paperwork and documents were kept separate for the client to review, and the rest was removed accordingly.
