We recently carried out a free house clearance in Dunbar for a client who needed the property emptied before putting it on the market. Below, we’ll go over their requirements and how we completed the clearance.

The Property Clearance in Dunbar
Our team arrived early in the morning and began with a walkthrough of the house, ensuring that anything valuable or sentimental was set aside for review. We started with the living areas, carefully packing and sorting the antique books and furniture. Items in good condition were put aside for donation, while damaged or unusable items were responsibly recycled.
The attic clearance took time, as it was filled with old papers and storage boxes. We carefully brought everything down for sorting, keeping anything of potential historical value for the client to check. The shed was then tackled, with the woodworking tools and garden equipment set aside for reuse, while any broken or rusted items were disposed of properly.
By the end of the day, the house, attic, and shed were completely cleared, leaving the property clean and ready for sale.
