The House Clearance in Hawick

We arrived in the morning and conducted a full walkthrough of the property with the client. After identifying sentimental items to be kept, we began the clearance.

We worked methodically through each room, carefully packing and sorting items. The antique and vintage furniture was loaded safely into our van for resale, while modern items in good condition were set aside for local charities.

The garage and attic contained several decades’ worth of stored belongings. We uncovered an assortment of vintage tools, old suitcases, and unused home decor. Some items, such as an old wooden trunk and a collection of enamel signs, were set aside for resale, while broken or unusable items were responsibly disposed of.

By mid-afternoon, the property was fully cleared, vacuumed, and left in a tidy condition, ready for sale.
