Customer Requirements
“My uncle’s rented house in Jedburgh needs a full clearance. He lived there for over 30 years, and it’s packed with furniture, collectibles, and general household items. I’ve taken everything sentimental, but the rest needs to go. I’d prefer anything usable to be donated rather than thrown away.”

The House Clearance in Jedburgh
We arrived at the property in the morning and met with the client, who had already set aside sentimental items to keep. Our team carefully packed away any remaining important documents before starting the clearance.
The living room contained a mixture of antique and modern furniture, along with collectible items. We separated everything accordingly, setting aside valuable pieces for resale while boxing up suitable donations for a local charity shop.
The kitchen had a variety of high-quality cookware and small appliances, many of which were in good condition and suitable for donation. Any perishable food items were responsibly disposed of.
The bedrooms had wardrobes full of clothing, some of which were brand-new with tags. These were boxed up for charity, while vintage furniture was set aside for resale.
The garage and attic took extra time, as they contained many stored items. We uncovered a collection of fishing rods, vintage tools, and old books, some of which were valuable enough to resell. Any broken or unusable items were responsibly recycled.
By mid-afternoon, the property was completely cleared, swept, and left tidy for the landlord’s inspection.
Client Review
“Irv and his team were absolutely fantastic. They took care of everything efficiently, and it was great knowing that so many items would either be resold or donated rather than going to waste. The house was left spotless, and the whole process was stress-free. I highly recommend their service to anyone needing a house clearance.”
