The House Clearance in Selkirk

We arrived early in the morning and met with the client to go over the items they wished to keep. We carefully packed away family photographs, important paperwork, and a few sentimental keepsakes before beginning the clearance.

The living room contained a range of antique and modern furniture, which we sorted into items for resale and donation. The kitchen was full of quality cookware and appliances, many of which were suitable for charity donation.

The bedrooms had a mix of furniture, clothing, and household items. Wearable clothes were packed for donation, while antique furniture was carefully prepared for resale.

The attic and garage took extra time due to the volume of stored items. We discovered a selection of old postcards, vintage cameras, and an antique sewing machine, which were set aside for resale. Any broken or unusable items were responsibly recycled.

By the afternoon, the property was fully cleared, cleaned, and left in a presentable state, ready for the next steps in the sale process.

Client Review

“Irv and his team made what felt like an overwhelming task completely stress-free. They handled everything with professionalism and care, ensuring that sentimental items were kept safe while efficiently clearing the house. I was especially happy that many of my mother’s things were donated to charity instead of going to waste. I highly recommend their service to anyone needing a house clearance.”
