The Free Property Clearance in Northumberland
We arrived early in the morning and did a walkthrough with the client to identify any items they wished to keep. Once personal belongings were set aside, we began the clearance.
We started with the main living areas, carefully removing furniture and separating items for charity, recycling, or resale. Books were boxed up and donated, while useful kitchenware and decorative pieces were sent to local charities.
The garage contained numerous old tools and bikes, which we sorted for resale and recycling. The loft took extra time as it contained a large number of stored items, but everything was systematically brought down and sorted.
By mid-afternoon, the property was completely cleared, allowing the client to proceed with the next steps.
