The team of 6 specialists met Andrew at the property at 9am, he showed them around and agreed it would take three days to completely clear.
Andrew asked the team to find his grans jewellery which she said was in the master bedroom on the second floor.
The team started on the ground floor, surprisingly, the hallway was clear, making it easier for the team to clear the rest of the rooms.
They started in the lounge where his gran had lived, they removed the specialist hospital bed that was able to be donated to charity along with boxes of ornaments, two sofas and a desk.

We managed to clear the whole downstairs on the first day.
On the second day, the team managed to clear the whole of the upstairs, clearing the bathrooms of small furniture, all bedrooms and storage cupboards.
A huge amount of new items, small furniture, two wardrobes, new cosmetics, ornaments, books, bedding, clothing, towels, shoes etc were able to be donated to charity.
The team found the jewellery box for Andrew in his grans main bedroom along with her passport and some personal paperwork.
A vast majority of the stuff was rubbish that had to be recycled along with the carpets.
On the third day, the team spent three hours clearing the loft, they managed to find a large collection of antiques and war medals for Andrew.
Andrew came back to the property once cleared, the team gave him the antiques, jewellery and paperwork, he was over the moon with the clearance and gave our team a tip.
